Every Hillkoff farm maintains a minimum of 40% native canopy cover, supporting biodiversity and acting as a carbon sink. We use compost from cherry pulp, minimise agrichemical input, and are working toward full organic certification across all partner farms by 2027.
We pay above Fair Trade floor prices on every purchase and invest 3% of annual revenue into cooperative infrastructure — farm schools, water systems, health clinics, and post-harvest equipment. Farmers are shareholders in the Hillkoff cooperative.
Our supply chain holds Rainforest Alliance, UTZ, and USDA Organic certifications across key farms and processing facilities. We publish annual third-party audit reports so you can verify our claims directly.
Every lot we sell carries a farm code, harvest date, and processing method. Scan the QR code on any Hillkoff bag to see the farm it came from, the elevation it was grown at, and the farmer who picked it. Transparency is our operating standard.
